Dedicated Forging Unit

We have a captive forging unit located about 3 km from our mother plant, with the capability to produce parts weighing up to 25 kg.

This backward integration into our machining operations enables us to serve as a one-stop supplier for many of our customers. We continue to invest in this facility to further enhance our capabilities and provide improved service.

Our facility features brand-new precision machinery arranged in a cellular layout to ensure streamlined material flow and efficient production. The plant is engineered to serve both large-volume runs and high-mix, high-variation orders.

Sriram Industries is advancing smart manufacturing through IoT-enabled systems, real-time performance monitoring, pick and place robotics, and a ERP-driven process integration.

This connected approach gives us better visibility across operations, improves efficiency visibility and quality - supports faster, more informed decision-making.

Our final finishing operations include ultrasonic cleaning, tumbling, and burnishing to achieve the desired surface finish.

Where required, we also perform super-finishing processes such as lapping, grinding, and honing.

Each line is supported by dedicated inspectors to ensure only quality-assured products are released for packing.
